Thank you for your interest in BenchZero, a platform connecting Bench Sales Recruiters and Prime Vendors. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

Communication and interpersonal skills are a must. The candidate must have in-depth, hands-on technical skills ranging from: firewalls, routers and switches, virtualization and cloud technologies, security frameworks with extensive experience configuring and managing software and hardware related to LANs and WANs. The candidate must be able to travel in the US and some Canadian sites. This position would require some travel.

1. Definitions

• Bench Sales Recruiter (BSR): A specialized recruiter who focuses on marketing and placing candidates who are currently on the "bench," meaning they are between jobs.
• Prime Vendor: A company looking to hire employees in bulk.
• Services: The services offered by BenchZero, including but not limited to, connecting BSRs with Prime Vendors, facilitating communication, and providing tools and resources for recruitment.

2. User Eligibility

By using BenchZero, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are authorized to enter into these Terms.
• You will not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Use of Services

BenchZero provides a platform for BSRs and Prime Vendors to connect and collaborate. You agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your activity on the platform and for any content you post.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any purpose other than its intended use.
• Post any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Engage in spamming or other unsolicited communications.
• Disrupt or interfere with the Services.
• Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on BenchZero. However, by posting content, you grant BenchZero a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties.

BenchZero provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

BenchZero shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BenchZero, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

9. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by you or BenchZero. We may terminate your access to the Services for any reason, at any time, without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with all the applicable legislatures.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BenchZero regarding the use of the Services.

12. Amendment

BenchZero may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after such amendments will be deemed your acceptance of the amended Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
