Title: SAP FPSL Consultant
Location: Bridgewater, NJ – Hybrid, 3days onsite
Roles and Responsibilities:
·        Successfully complete 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementations with extensive experience in FPSL.
·        Execute all business processes from a single source of truth.
·        Provide hands-on expertise in SAP S/4 FPSL, PaPM, FSRI, FSCD, and PSC.
·        Work with SAP Activate methodology (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run).
·        Integrate SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions effectively.
·        Handle data conversion and ETL processes for S/4HANA.
·        Implement innovations in S/4HANA Fiori applications.
·        Work with IFRS 17 and SAP S/4 HANA FPSL (Financial Product Sub Ledger) for insurance contracts.
·        Assess, design, and develop SAP FPSL insurance solutions (Register, Accrue, Defer, Write Down, Release, Value TC, Move & Transform, Value FX, Classify, Disclose, Split revenue, Adjust, Carry Forward).
·        Demonstrate expertise in measurement types (GMM, PAA, and VFA).
·        Understand SAP FP-SL architecture and components (SDL, RDL, CVPM).
·        Manage FPSL process flow, including registering, accruing, capturing (Central GAAP and Delta GAAP), unwinding, releasing, recognizing profit, and cost allocation.
Mandatory Skills:
·        Extensive experience in SAP S/4 FPSL, FSRI, FSCD, PSC.
·        Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
·        Expertise in financial data integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
·        Hands-on experience in data conversion and ETL tools.
·        Understanding of IFRS 17 compliance with SAP FPSL.
·        Deep knowledge of measurement types (GMM, PAA, VFA).
·        Proficiency in SAP FPSL architecture and core components.
Nice to Have:
·        Experience in SAP PaPM.
·        Knowledge of SAP Fiori app development.
·        Understanding of advanced insurance contract management.
·        Prior experience in financial risk and compliance solutions
