You will play a critical role in cross-channel media performance analysis, attribution modeling, and data-driven decision-making. Your work will help influence the direction of marketing strategies and optimizations, making this role vital to the company’s overall success.
What You'll Do:
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Leverage large, complex datasets to provide actionable insights through clear and compelling visualizations and reports that drive marketing decisions.
- Cross-Channel Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis across marketing channels, providing recommendations on where and how to optimize media investments for maximum impact.
- Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Partner with Owned Media, Media, and Marketing Leadership to present performance insights, optimization strategies, and competitive market analysis.
- Vendor & Data Management: Manage vendor relationships and ensure accurate and timely sourcing of data, integrating media analytics tools and inputs from agency partners to support attribution models.
- Real-Time Analysis & Recommendations: Quickly assess and respond to market changes, competition, and business performance through real-time analysis that informs fast-turn optimization strategies.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide stakeholders with clear, up-to-date performance metrics and insights.
- Market Testing: Collaborate on testing opportunities to improve performance across tactics and channels. Stay ahead of the curve by using data to continuously refine marketing strategies.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar STEM field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategic analytics, ideally in a marketing analytics role.
- Data Proficiency: Extensive experience working with marketing data sources such as DMP, DSP, and ad server data.
- Analytics Tools: Expertise in Tableau, Google Analytics, or other digital analytics tools.
- Consultative Experience: Proven track record of working in a consulting or business advisory capacity, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear insights that influence executive leadership and key stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and executive presence are key.
- Retail Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail KPIs, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for advanced analytics.
- Market Intelligence: Experience in using competitive intelligence and market trends to drive marketing insights.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and quickly learning new marketing technologies or tools.

- Competitive Pay: We offer a competitive salary, with a range of $92,036 - $184,071 depending on your location and experience. In major metro areas like San Francisco and New York, salaries range from $110,421 - $220,842.
