What You’ll Do:

• Quality Monitoring & Evaluation:
  Lead the charge in identifying and monitoring quality improvement initiatives within healthcare projects. You will track performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and help develop solutions for better healthcare outcomes.

• Collaborative Problem-Solving:
  Work independently and with teams at all levels of the organization to collaborate and achieve shared goals. You’ll interact with multiple departments to drive continuous improvement across healthcare processes.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  Dive into quantitative data analysis and utilize Access Databases to pull, manage, and analyze complex datasets. Your ability to break down data into actionable insights will directly influence the success of healthcare initiatives.

• Effective Communication:
  Help communicate findings through comprehensive reports, presentations, and meetings. You’ll present your analysis in ways that are clear and meaningful, using oral, visual, and written communication to make complex data understandable for stakeholders.

• Proactive Problem Resolution:
  Identify ongoing quality issues and create data-driven solutions to tackle them. Your input will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Education:

  • BS/BA degree required.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, developing comprehensive reports, and conducting data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with healthcare transformation projects is a plus!

• Technical Skills:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Access Databases experience to pull and manage large datasets.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to work with large datasets.

• Problem-Solving & Organization:
  You have a proven ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in situations that require both independent work and collaboration.

• Communication Skills:
