As a Data Scientist at Provation, you’ll work on a variety of technical projects, from natural language processing and statistical analysis to machine learning and predictive modeling, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do:

• Lead Innovation: Drive and contribute to a culture of innovation at Provation by applying advanced data science techniques to solve real-world business problems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and customers to gather data, conduct analysis, and deliver actionable insights that directly align with business goals.
• End-to-End Project Execution: Manage the entire lifecycle of data science projects, from data gathering and model development to presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Advanced Analytics: Use natural language processing, machine learning, and statistical modeling to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Effective Communication: Translate complex data science concepts and findings into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences, including executives.
• Data Governance: Help build and maintain a data governance framework to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across the organization.
• Foster a Data-Driven Culture: Lead efforts to foster an organization-wide appreciation for data-driven decision-making.
• Leadership: Mentor and guide other data scientists, helping them grow and advance in their careers.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Theory, or related fields. A Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a strong track record of delivering successful data-driven projects.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and familiarity with data manipulation and visualization libraries (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Proficient in machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and lead a team of data scientists.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present technical findings to a wide variety of audiences, including executives.
• Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with medical image AI models is a plus.

• Experience with healthcare software or SaaS solutions, especially those related to clinical productivity, care coordination, or quality reporting.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices for ensuring data quality.
