What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll lead the charge in turning consumer insights into actionable data solutions that elevate our members' experiences. You’ll harness advanced analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive modeling to drive business strategies that help SCAN deliver superior care and member satisfaction.
Innovate with Advanced Analytics: Leverage cutting-edge technologies like machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI to analyze complex, structured and unstructured data (including call audio, transcripts, and free-form text).
Transform Data into Actionable Insights: Extract meaningful patterns and behaviors to optimize member interactions, improve experience metrics, and drive business decisions.
Data Engineering & Integration: Build and integrate diverse datasets across the organization to ensure timely and accurate decision-making. You’ll work with operational, clinical, call center, and provider data to deliver holistic insights.
Lead the Design of AI Models: Develop and deploy machine learning models, predictive tools, and AI-driven solutions to solve real-world business challenges.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and senior management to translate complex data into clear business strategies. Deliver insights that are digestible and impactful for decision-making at all levels.
Create Actionable Visualizations: Develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights and drive results across departments.
Mentor Junior Data Scientists: Guide and support junior team members, ensuring the team stays aligned with industry best practices and SCAN's mission.
Stay Ahead with Cutting-Edge Technology: Lead the development and deployment of advanced models using Azure AI Cloud, Databricks, and other state-of-the-art technologies to deliver robust data solutions.
