- Prototype, iterate, and scale your findings to continuously improve and refine internal data insights and strategies.
- Develop predictive models to forecast employee behaviors, retention rates, performance, and other key outcomes.
- Build automated data pipelines and use tools like R and Python to streamline frequent analyses and reporting.
- Help shape Adobe’s approach to defining and tracking critical people metrics, ensuring they reflect the latest data signals and trends.
- Work closely with various cross-functional teams (including HR, engineering, and IT) to build a solid data infrastructure that’s secure, scalable, and supports data-driven decision-making.
- Advocate for the ethical use of employee data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and fostering trust within the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in applying statistical and machine learning techniques to people data (HRIS, survey data, behavioral data, etc.).
- Expertise in advanced statistical methods such as regression, predictive modeling, social network analysis, text analysis, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in data querying and analysis using SQL, Python, and R.
- Deep understanding of the data infrastructure needed for People Analytics, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to refine and enhance it.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical insights into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and helping others harness the power of data science tools.
- A passion for ethical data practices, ensuring compliance and confidentiality while working with sensitive employee data.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with employee engagement analytics, workforce planning, or organizational behavior analysis.
- Expertise in using cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) for data analysis and processing.
- Previous experience working in global organizations, understanding the nuances of managing and analyzing diverse employee data sets.
