Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data modeling, analytics, and visualization to shape the future of marketing insights and decision-making. Your work will be integral to creating smarter marketing strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven decisions are accessible and actionable across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Modeling: Use Python and SQL to model various marketing scenarios and impact attribution, driving insights to influence key business decisions.
  • Dashboards & Analytics: Build and manage live dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce Einstein Analytics, visualizing new marketing metrics and comparing them to legacy models powered by AI.
  • Data Integration: Work with data from diverse sources, including Snowflake, and develop ETL processes for seamless integration.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data-backed decisions are supported by the right stakeholders. Communicate complex technical insights to non-technical teams and senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive the creation of new KPIs and metrics to measure impact and prioritize marketing efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 1 year of professional experience in data science or a related field.
  • Expertise in statistical analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce Einstein Analytics).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL processes for data transformation.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a wide audience, including senior executives.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $157,600 - $236,500 per annum.
  • Telecommuting options available. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
