About the Role:
Are you passionate about driving digital transformation through AI in the life sciences sector? Deloitte’s Life Sciences & Health Care practice is seeking a Life Sciences AI Solutions Specialist Master to lead transformative AI-driven initiatives that help tackle society’s most pressing health challenges. In this role, you will bring your expertise to help clients in life sciences innovate, accelerate, and scale AI solutions that improve patient outcomes, drive efficiencies, and foster equity in healthcare.

As a Specialist Master, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor rising talent, and provide strategic advisory to clients on AI technologies, solutions, and industry trends. You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-impact projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions across the life sciences sector.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Service:

  • Advise clients on the integration of AI technologies to enhance business strategy and digital transformation in the life sciences sector.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor for AI-driven business solutions.
  • Lead technical solution design and implementation, ensuring that all deliverables meet high-quality standards.

• Delivery Excellence:

  • Manage and deliver large-scale AI and technology projects across life sciences organizations, guiding teams to meet deadlines and project objectives.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from solution design to implementation, while mitigating risks and resolving issues.
  • Apply your deep functional and technical expertise to advise clients on the best AI practices and integration strategies.

• Business Development & Growth:

  • Lead sales pursuits by contributing to proposals, presenting to clients, and highlighting Deloitte’s expertise in AI-driven life sciences solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, building a network of relationships that position Deloitte as the go-to partner.
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives and contribute to thought leadership, helping Deloitte maintain a competitive edge.

• People Development:

  • Mentor and guide junior staff and project team members, contributing to their professional growth.
  • Support recruitment efforts by interviewing candidates and contributing to the development of staffing plans.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture by providing leadership on engagements and within the broader team.

• Eminence:

  • Co-author whitepapers, articles, and research on AI trends and life sciences innovations.
  • Represent Deloitte at conferences, seminars, and webinars to share insights and reinforce Deloitte's thought leadership in the AI space.

What You’ll Bring:

• Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in technology consulting, focusing on digital transformation and AI solutions.
  • 1+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, driving AI use cases and delivering impactful projects.
  • Experience in managing and delivering complex technical engagements with global teams across multiple locations.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and emerging AI technologies (GenAI, Data Mesh, Data Fabric).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large strategic engagements in the life sciences sector.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams, clients, and large-scale projects.

Compensation:
The wage range for this role is $151,800 to $253,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and other factors. You may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
