What You’ll Do:
As our Sr. Generative AI and Automation Analyst, you will be at the forefront of creating value through AI and automation. Your work will directly contribute to improving how we operate and help us deliver innovative solutions to global challenges.
- Drive AI Innovation: Analyze use cases, identify opportunities, and implement generative AI solutions that optimize business processes and boost operational efficiency.
- Lead and Collaborate: Work closely with teams across departments to ensure AI initiatives align with Thermo Fisher’s strategic goals, ensuring maximum value is achieved.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and communication across teams to ensure smooth, successful execution of AI and automation initiatives.
- Monitor & Report: Track project progress, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are delivered. Communicate status updates to stakeholders and adjust plans as necessary.
- Stay Cutting-Edge: Keep up to date with the latest in generative AI and automation trends to bring fresh ideas and solutions to the team.
Who You Are:
You bring a blend of technical expertise, project management experience, and a strategic mindset. You’re a problem solver who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights and using innovative AI solutions to drive organizational change.
Your Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2-3 years working with generative AI and automation technologies, combined with a solid understanding of project management and business analysis in a tech-driven environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in programming and scripting languages like Python, R, or JavaScript, and experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, etc.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, while meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
- Data Visualization & Storytelling: Comfort with data management tools, visualization, and translating complex data into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate business needs to technical teams, while keeping collaborators engaged and informed throughout project lifecycles.
