What You'll Do:

???? Lead AI/ML Innovation in Biopharma:

• Work on the forefront of sequence learning—help us advance the use of AI/ML to interpret complex biological data.
• Develop, test, and implement machine learning models to solve challenges in drug discovery, clinical trials, and patient care.
• Collaborate with top scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights, accelerating breakthroughs in healthcare.

???? Shape the Future of Medicine:

• Leverage your expertise in deep learning, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms to develop scalable solutions for drug development and disease management.
• Work closely with biopharma teams to ensure machine learning models are directly applied to impactful health innovations.

???? End-to-End Impact:

• Take part in the full lifecycle of ML model development: from designing and building models to deployment and real-world application.
• Improve models with feedback loops, continuously refining them to provide more accurate and valuable predictions.

What We’re Looking For:

???? Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or data science; OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or a PhD with expertise in sequence learning or related fields.
• Experience designing and building AI/ML models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in sequence learning algorithms, such as RNNs, LSTMs, or transformers.

???? Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in the biopharma, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
• Deep understanding of biological data and its relationship to drug development and patient outcomes.
• Passion for innovation and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Competitive Salary: Base salary ranging from $123,750 - $206,250, with eligibility for bonuses and stock incentives.
