What You’ll Do

???? Be a Data Pioneer:

• Own the lifecycle of “data products” from problem definition to operationalization and retirement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build analytics engines aligned with business goals.

???? Solve Complex Business Problems:

• Lead discussions with stakeholders to transform vague problems into crisp analytics solutions.
• Recommend analytics approaches by weighing pros and cons for optimal outcomes.

???? Collaborate & Lead:

• Partner with ACOE engineering and Enterprise IT to implement advanced analytics solutions.
• Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and project guidance to junior data scientists.

???? Drive Innovation:

• Develop advanced models using neural networks, gradient boosting machines, decision trees, and more.
• Apply statistical testing techniques to uncover actionable insights.

About You

? Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
• 6+ years of relevant experience in data science and analytics.
• Previous healthcare or consulting experience is a plus.

????? Technical Proficiency:

• Expertise in Python and other programming languages (R, C, Java, etc.).
• Skilled in big data platforms (HDFS, SparkSQL) and visualization tools (Tableau, QlikView).
• Experience with Databricks and code version control systems (GitHub).

???? Soft Skills:

• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication to engage business stakeholders.
