As a Senior Data Scientist within HSE (Health, Safety & Environment), you’ll help us create innovative data-driven solutions, enhancing operational safety and sustainability across the energy sector. What You’ll Do

• Lead Projects: Take charge of small-scale projects, leveraging your expertise to engineer data, build models, and deploy solutions.
• Data Management: Collaborate with subject matter experts to source, clean, and organize data from various platforms.
• Model Deployment: Independently build models and deploy them using off-the-shelf solutions or with developer assistance.
• Reporting & Visualization: Design and create insightful PowerBI reports to drive business decisions and improve HSE operations.
• App Development: Develop simple applications using Power Apps and ensure their sustainability for reporting purposes.
• Drive Process Improvement: Begin shaping the strategy of the data science team and identify opportunities for optimizing processes.
• User Support: Provide guidance and support to users utilizing your developed reports and applications.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of related experience in data science, engineering, or technology.
• Education: A degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) is required, with a Master’s degree being a plus.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with PowerBI and Power Apps is a must, with experience in model building, data engineering, and clean-up.
• Independent & Collaborative: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
• Process-Oriented: Passionate about identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations.
