???? Key Responsibilities:
As a Research Associate Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare with powerful data analysis techniques:
- Biomedical Data Analysis: Develop and apply computational and statistical methods, including AI and machine learning algorithms, to analyze complex biomedical data.
- Machine Learning Deployment: Build robust, repeatable data pipelines and deploy models into production environments.
- Exploratory Data Analysis: Conduct research to assess the effectiveness of advanced analytical methods in answering key biomedical questions.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with senior data scientists, research programmers, and principal investigators to identify how data science can enhance biomedical research.
- Scientific Communication: Present findings at lab meetings, conferences, and publish results in peer-reviewed journals.
- Code Development: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code (primarily in Python, R, or C++) and manage on GitHub for model training and deployment.
???? What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Biomedical Imaging, Statistics, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Up to 2 years of professional experience working with healthcare data (such as electronic medical records or medical imaging data).
- Proficiency in Python, R, or C++ for data analysis and machine learning.
- Healthcare machine learning experience is a plus!
Skills:
- Strong programming and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with AI algorithms and statistical methods for biomedical data.
- Communication skills to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
