• LLM Experimentation: Craft, optimize, and test prompts to achieve desired outcomes from Large Language Models (LLMs).
• AI Model Training: Collaborate with data scientists to create robust training datasets and fine-tune AI models.
• Performance Metrics: Define and evaluate LLM performance, making data-driven improvements.
• Data Integrity: Ensure Crunchbase data accuracy by reviewing, fixing data quality issues, and auditing outsourced work.
• Tooling & Innovation: Maintain AI tools and keep Crunchbase ahead of industry advancements.
• Vendor Collaboration: Partner with external vendors to secure high-quality data labeling solutions.

???? What You Bring:

• Data Expertise: 1+ years of experience in data labeling or data management.
• LLM Familiarity: Hands-on knowledge of LLMs such as GPT.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate/Advanced SQL and basic Python skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and provide insights.
• Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document work efficiently.
