• Identify and lead high-impact machine learning initiatives, deploying solutions within the first six months.

• Serve as a thought leader, mentoring junior data scientists and contributing to Launch Potato’s data science roadmap.

• Containerize models using Docker/Kubernetes, ensuring efficient deployment at scale.

? What You Bring:

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or lead generation.
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) solutions, recommendation systems, and deep learning models.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Analytical Excellence: A track record of leveraging ML models to boost business performance.
• Curiosity & Innovation: Passion for learning and staying ahead of AI/ML trends.
• Leadership: Ability to independently structure and own projects while fostering collaboration across teams.
