• Innovate with Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) solutions, recommendation systems, and LLMs to power personalization and optimize monetization models.
• Develop and deploy scalable, production-grade ML models that directly impact verticals like Credit Cards, Insurance, and Games.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams to integrate ML solutions into business-critical initiatives.
• Mentor and inspire a growing team of data scientists, contributing to Launch Potato’s culture of innovation.

1. Machine Learning Impact:

• Deliver measurable improvements to key company metrics through scalable, impactful ML solutions within your first 12 months.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Actively partner with cross-disciplinary teams to build and integrate ML models for high-impact verticals.

3. Innovation & Ownership:

• Identify and lead high-impact ML opportunities within three months, implementing and deploying solutions by month six.

4. Leadership & Mentorship:

? What You Bring to the Table:

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or lead generation.
• Expertise in designing and implementing Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) solutions and recommendation systems.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with Data Science tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
