Statistical Programmer - Contract

Beaufort CRO, a global leader in helping life science companies accelerate the development of innovative products, is looking for an experienced Statistical Programmer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking clinical trials within the in-vitro diagnostic (IVD), medical device, and pharmaceutical industries.


???? What You’ll Be Doing

Project Planning & Review:

  • Review pre-project activities including Protocol and Case Report Form (CRF), Statistical Analysis Plan, and Programming Plan (including analysis dataset specifications).
  • Ensure project specifications are clear and actionable, setting up the framework for success.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Create analysis datasets and perform statistical analysis as per the approved plan.
  • Validate and document statistical analysis, making sure client modifications are smoothly incorporated.
  • Provide final reports, tables, listings, and figures to be included in the Clinical Study Report (CSR).

Documentation & Archiving:

  • Ensure all documentation is carefully logged and archived for future reference and regulatory compliance.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Perform other project-related tasks as needed, collaborating closely with project teams to ensure quality and accuracy.

???? What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in statistical programming, preferably in clinical trial data (experience in in-vitro diagnostic trials is a plus).

Technical Expertise:

  • SAS programming skills and a deep understanding of industry standards.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial data and its unique nuances, particularly for in-vitro diagnostic trials.

Personal & Collaborative Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clarity in technical discussions and client interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, contributing to shared success.
