???? Thought Leadership (45%)

• Define and lead Blue Yonder's AI and data science strategy
• Pioneer research initiatives in Generative AI, LLMs, and GNNs
• Collaborate with product teams to bring state-of-the-art AI innovations into our SaaS offerings
• Represent Blue Yonder at industry events, conferences, and in publications

???? Customer & Stakeholder Engagement (20%)

• Partner with key customers to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with sales to support strategic opportunities and retain high-value clients
• Present complex AI concepts to C-level executives and diverse stakeholders

???? Data Science Project Leadership (25%)

• Provide technical direction for advanced data science projects
• Ensure successful scaling of AI/ML solutions in supply chain contexts
• Lead the creation of prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new AI applications

• Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and machine learning engineers
• Foster an environment of innovation, ethical AI practices, and continuous learning

• PhD in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Proven expertise in AI-driven supply chain optimization
• Hands-on experience in training and scaling Generative AI models
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and deep learning frameworks
• Strong grasp of Knowledge Graphs, GNN, and LLM fine-tuning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ethical AI practices and data privacy
