???? What You'll Do:

Technical Innovation & Development:

• Act as a full-stack AI engineer with strong expertise in frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Python, Quart, REST APIs).
• Build and deploy Azure Cloud applications using RBAC, Azure Key Vault, and private networking.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep files, and Azure Developer CLI.
• Create reusable, templated solutions for faster deployment and resource optimization.

Project Leadership & Collaboration:

• Define project goals, manage timelines, and lead standups using Azure DevOps.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable features that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and project alignment.

Quality Assurance & DevOps:

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Maintain source control using GitHub and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Perform quality assurance tasks, including test plans and resource scaling.

AI-Driven Solutions & Innovation:

• Deploy and maintain Microsoft CoPilot agents to enhance business functions.
• Stay at the forefront of advancements in generative AI techniques and apply insights to solution development.

Mentorship & Thought Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

? Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years in full-stack development, with 2+ years focused on AI solutions.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Python, Terraform, and Azure Cloud architecture.

? AI & ML Enthusiasm:

• Strong understanding of language models, RAG techniques, and CoPilot agents.
• Eagerness to stay updated with AI advancements.

? Project Management Savvy:

• Proven ability to define project goals, manage timelines, and lead standups.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (GitHub).

? Problem-Solver & Innovator:

• Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment and application issues independently.
