What You'll Do:

• Analyze energy efficiency data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain high-quality analytics dashboards and reports using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
• Support program managers by coordinating data-driven solutions for energy projects.
• Ensure alignment with program goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, contributing to innovative energy solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, energy resources, sustainability, or related fields (or 4 years of relevant experience).
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, energy efficiency, or project support.
• Strong data management skills and proficiency in Excel and related software.
• Ability to travel occasionally for on-site meetings.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with energy efficiency programs and technologies.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• A collaborative, customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
