???? What You'll Do:

• Build with Purpose: Design and implement AI models that are as ethical as they are powerful.
• Mitigate Risks: Identify and address potential AI risks, including bias, privacy, and robustness.
• Innovate with Clients: Collaborate with client teams to develop responsible AI solutions.
• Future-Proof Systems: Optimize existing AI models to align with ethical standards.
• Develop Best Practices: Craft internal guidelines and training for responsible AI development.
• AI Research & Trends: Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and trends, including GenAI.

???? What We’re Looking For:

• AI Mastery: 5+ years developing machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Coding Expertise: Proficient in Python and familiar with cloud services like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Responsible AI Focus: At least 2 years of experience integrating ethical considerations into AI projects (bias detection, model explainability, etc.).
• Technical Agility: Skilled in full AI lifecycle management and documentation.
• Problem-Solving Excellence: Strong analytical skills and a knack for navigating ambiguity.
• Effective Communicator: Able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

? Bonus Points:

• Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations and standards.
• Experience with GenAI solutions, including prompt engineering and RAG models.
• Background in cybersecurity or red-teaming practices.
• Cloud or Responsible AI certifications (AWS, AIPP, etc.).
• Industry specialization (Healthcare, Retail, Finance, etc.).
