What You’ll Do:

???? Design & Implement Automation Solutions:

• Lead the development and support of intelligent automation systems using RPA technologies (UiPath, Power Automate).
• Identify and design scalable automation solutions to optimize business operations.

???? Collaborate Across Teams:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows.
• Serve as a trusted technical leader, offering mentorship and support to junior team members.

???? Build & Maintain Tech Infrastructure:

• Develop automations that connect UIs, APIs, and databases for seamless information flow.
• Ensure automation systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.

???? Lead Innovation:

• Stay on the cutting edge of emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and workflow automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges with confidence and creativity.

???? Document & Standardize:

• Create documentation for automation solutions, governance standards, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

? Experience:

• 5+ years in IT with a focus on automation technologies (Master’s preferred).
• Proven expertise with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

? Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, and API development.
• Experience integrating automation with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps and Git.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx, Databricks).

? Mindset & Abilities:

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
