Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching Excellence: Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Engineering, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
  • Research Leadership: Develop and sustain a productive, extramurally funded research program. Publish impactful research in reputable journals and conferences.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor students at both undergraduate and graduate levels, inspiring their academic and professional growth.
  • Collaboration: Engage with colleagues in the department, collaborate on interdisciplinary research projects, and contribute to the department’s growth.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in departmental activities, including committees, and help strengthen the University’s connections with industry and external partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Ph.D. in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Teaching: Commitment to high-quality education at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
  • Research: Proven scholarly achievements with a strong publication record.
  • Research Potential: Demonstrated potential to establish an extramurally funded research program.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Optional Qualifications (Associate Professor level):

  • A record of extramurally funded research supporting a well-established research program.
  • Professional accomplishments at a level consistent with the rank of Associate Professor.
