Your Role in Our Mission

As an Automation Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of building cutting-edge automation frameworks and solutions for healthcare applications. You'll work closely with our team of experts to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability across all phases of testing. Whether it’s UI, API, or mobile testing, your contributions will directly impact the overall success of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Strategy: Collaborate with the Automation Test Lead to identify areas for expanding automation coverage and develop a robust automation test plan.
• Framework Design: Lead the implementation of automation frameworks, policies, and standards to improve testing processes.
• Testing Excellence: Prepare test cases for End-to-End (E2E), System, and Integration testing, ensuring comprehensive and thorough test execution.
• Innovation: Perform Proof of Concept (POC) testing with guidance from the Automation Lead and integrate Generative AI-driven automation within the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that automation solutions align with client needs and provide continuous feedback for improvements.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance methods and standards and recommend actionable changes to elevate overall testing effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 7+ years in Automation and 8+ years in leading healthcare testing engagements across various phases like product testing, system integration, interface testing, and user acceptance.
• Healthcare Expertise: Experience working within Medicaid/Medicare environments is highly preferred.
• Automation Skills: Proficient in designing and executing unified automation frameworks supporting UI, API, Batch, Data, Mobile testing, and more.
• Technological Proficiency: Expertise with tools like Selenium, UFT, and AI-driven automation techniques to streamline processes.
• Collaboration: Ability to work across multiple teams, creating solutions that support a range of programs and initiatives.

What You Should Expect in This Role

• Remote Flexibility: Fully remote role with flexibility to work in varying time zones during the project lifecycle.
• Project Go-Live Intensity: Some nights and weekends near project go-live to ensure successful implementation.
• Travel Opportunities: Minimal travel required (0-10%).
• Compensation: The pay range for this position is $90,900 - $106,400 per year, depending on experience and geographic region.
