What You’ll Do:

• Client Collaboration & Solution Design: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, and design and develop custom solutions based on their needs.
• Code Development & Optimization: Write and optimize code for performance, including debugging and tuning. Utilize programming techniques like Python to enhance system performance and capabilities.
• Full Software Development Cycle: Involve yourself in every phase of the software development cycle, from business requirement gathering and database design to development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of web applications.
• AI & Statistical Modeling: Leverage AI models for semantic item matching and apply statistical models (e.g., R programming) for safety programs and other advanced analytics.
• 24x7 Support: Be available for on-site support and emergency production issues, ensuring smooth system operation at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience in Genesys CTI, including system integration and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Python for developing and optimizing systems.
• Familiarity with AI models and statistical programming (R).
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve technical excellence.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
