Your Role as a Business Intelligence Analyst:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical data sources and validation standards.
• Aggregate and analyze business data to provide key insights on trends, opportunities, and performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that enhance understanding of business performance across multiple teams.
• Partner with development teams to create innovative business intelligence solutions for seamless data gathering and storage.
• Interpret data to identify business trends and suggest areas of improvement for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, and/or business intelligence.
• Proficiency with data tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to assess financial viability, identify opportunities, and contribute to M&A activities.
• At least 4 years of experience in business intelligence analysis, particularly in the A&E industry, is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with A&E industry trends and competitor analysis.

Base Compensation: Expected range of $75,000 to $90,000, based on your skills and experience.
