What You'll Do:

• Drive Business Transformation: Gather and prioritize business requirements for new technology, and optimize existing solutions for a seamless experience.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside cross-functional teams to craft impactful, tech-driven solutions that meet business needs and align with company goals.
• Improve Processes & Efficiency: Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and create lasting change.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze key data, uncover trends, and share valuable insights to help guide business decisions.
• Support and Growth: Lead user training, manage testing and validation, and empower the team through clear documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in IT-focused business analysis or project management.
• Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: You know how to use tools like Microsoft Visio, Excel, Miro, and business analysis software to document, analyze, and execute.
• Adaptable & Team-Player: Thrive in dynamic environments, work well with cross-departmental teams, and continuously seek creative solutions.
• Project Management Know-How: Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or other methodologies is a plus.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills are essential to work with stakeholders and ensure clear, effective communication.
