Your Role
As an IT End User Services Technician, you’ll be a key player in ensuring seamless technology experiences for our users. You’ll manage installations, troubleshoot issues, and proactively maintain devices—helping end-users stay connected and productive. This isn’t just a support role; it’s a chance to collaborate, innovate, and drive positive change.
What You’ll Do
- Device Deployment: Image and set up Windows 11 devices, install peripherals, and support new facilities.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Solve moderate to complex issues across desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and more.
- End-User Support: Respond to requests with professionalism, diagnose and resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Proactive Maintenance: Perform regular device health checks, ensuring reliability and security.
- Knowledge Sharing: Update knowledge management systems and contribute to process improvements.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as "smart hands" for other IT functions and support enterprise projects.
- Customer Interaction: Build positive relationships with the user community while providing high-quality support.

Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–4 years in IT support or related service roles.
- Education: Associate degree or technical certification preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Tech Proficiency: Expertise in Windows environments, Microsoft Office, and network printing. (Google Suite is a plus!)
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a user-first mindset.
- Healthcare Experience: Preferred but not required.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively.
