What You’ll Do

As a Strategic ATS, you will:

  • Lead Global Teams: Orchestrate global experts to gather insights, identify risks, and deliver impactful solutions to customer accounts.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Build long-term relationships with enterprise leaders, helping them craft future-ready technology roadmaps powered by Microsoft.
  • Drive Innovation: Introduce customers to the transformative potential of AI, the Industrial Metaverse, and Zero Trust security frameworks.
  • Empower Transformation: Partner with clients to reimagine their businesses, integrating Microsoft technologies to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Technical Visionary: 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, or practice building with a track record of driving digital transformation.
  • A Strategic Partner: Proven ability to guide CXOs and decision-makers in crafting technology strategies tied to business outcomes.
  • A Tech-Savvy Innovator: Strong knowledge of Microsoft’s product landscape and the ability to position it against competitive solutions.
  • An Industry Expert: Deep understanding of retail and consumer goods markets, trends, and customer challenges.
  • A Team Orchestrator: Experience working with diverse global teams, partners, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9+ years of technical consulting or selling experience.
  • Expertise in change management and driving customer adoption.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional technical teams.
