What You’ll Do
As an Intelligence Analyst at MTSI, you’ll bring your expertise to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess capabilities and address complex operational and strategic challenges.
- Generate fused intelligence products by processing multi-discipline intelligence (HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, etc.).
- Provide expert advice to government leadership on political, military, and irregular warfare threats to enhance tactical and operational planning.
- Deliver actionable intelligence insights with a focus on the INDOPACOM AOR and peer adversary analysis.
What You Bring
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of professional experience, including:
- 7+ years supporting the Department of Defense (DoD).
- 5+ years in military operations.
- 3+ years in military plans and senior military staff offices (Service HQ, Combatant Command, OSD, or JS).
- Deep understanding of the Indo-Asia-Pacific region and a broad network within the intelligence community.
- Expertise in analyzing intelligence across disciplines, including HUMINT, MASINT, SIGINT, Geospatial, OSINT, and TECHINT.
- Proven ability to synthesize intelligence data, identify implications, and deliver concise, actionable reports to government customers.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred in a technical or scientific discipline).
Clearance:
- Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to pass a CI polygraph.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
