What You’ll Do

As an ML Researcher, you’ll be at the forefront of generative AI innovation. Your work will directly contribute to revolutionizing how games, assets, and creative projects are developed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Generative Asset Creation: Conduct cutting-edge research on generative methods in the text domain.
• Large Language Models: Leverage the power of LLMs and combine them with traditional NLP algorithms for innovative workflows.
• Game Development Exploration: Investigate and implement new methods for creating games and interactive experiences.
• From Scratch to Prototype: Build state-of-the-art generative models, modify existing ones, and prototype machine learning pipelines that meet business requirements.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve by following the latest trends in generative deep learning methods.
• Iterative Improvement: Continuously refine your models to improve quality, inference speed, and workflow efficiency.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• Deep Expertise in Generative AI: Proven experience in generative deep learning, especially in the text domain.
• NLP & DL Skills: Extensive knowledge of modern NLP methods and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
• LLM Mastery: Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs).
• Prototyping Skills: Ability to translate business needs into functional prototypes using open-source tools or custom methods.
• Dev Tools Savvy: Proficiency with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Bonus Points: Experience in adjacent domains like image processing, 3D graphics, video processing, or game development.
