As the Principal Partner Strategist for AWS' GenAI Innovation Center (GenAIIC), you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating the production adoption of Generative AI across industries, working with global partners to scale AI solutions and drive success for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Expand Partner Networks: Lead the execution and expansion of our partner ecosystem to deliver on GenAIIC’s business goals. Collaborate with top-tier partners (SIs, ISVs, model providers) to drive faster, larger-scale AI adoption.
• Shape Strategy: Define and refine the path to production for GenAI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive strategies for all partner categories.
• Accelerate AI Solutions: Proactively drive Go-To-Market (GTM) solutions with partners to optimize delivery, scaling, and accelerated production adoption.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and mentor a growing team of strategists, helping them navigate complex business relationships, and lead initiatives to enhance partner engagement mechanisms.
• Build & Scale: Help evolve our partner strategy, continuously iterating on programs and developing new mechanisms to ensure we’re staying ahead of the curve in the fast-evolving world of Generative AI.

About You:

• Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership and implementation, ideally within AI/ML technologies or complex enterprise environments.
• Partner Strategy Expert: Extensive experience with System Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and 3rd Party model providers. You’ve successfully developed and executed partner programs in large-scale, global settings.
• Strategic Vision: Expertise in creating and executing business and GTM strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and scale.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
• AI/ML Expertise: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, digital transformation drivers, and the technology ecosystem that powers them. Experience in negotiation across global markets is a plus.
