What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in applied AI or machine learning research, with a focus on applying advanced techniques to real-world challenges.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI methodologies, including but not limited to supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and neural networks.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks and libraries.
- Solid understanding of mathematics and statistics, including probability, optimization, linear algebra, and calculus.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI models at scale, with the ability to handle large datasets and ensure system performance and efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply theoretical research to solve practical challenges in real-world applications.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex AI concepts to a diverse range of audiences, both technical and non-technical.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and distributed computing systems.
- Knowledge in specialized AI domains such as computer vision, speech recognition, autonomous systems, or natural language processing (NLP).
- A PhD or equivalent research experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Contributions to academic publications or open-source projects in the AI space.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Dask.
