Key Responsibilities

• Optimize ServiceNow workflows and implement ServiceNow integrations leveraging AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway to enhance ServiceNow’s capabilities.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of integrations by adhering to industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API and integration issues while providing technical guidance to the team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in ServiceNow and AWS ecosystems to incorporate cutting-edge practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in API development and integration.
• Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and hands-on experience deploying and managing resources on AWS.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
• Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
