What You'll Do

• Drive AI Product Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define the roadmap for AI-powered products. You’ll set clear goals and prioritize initiatives that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
• Bridge the Technical and Business Worlds: Work hand-in-hand with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to turn abstract ideas into tangible, innovative products. Your technical depth will allow you to understand complex challenges and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. As a key leader in the AI team, you’ll foster collaboration across departments, ensuring that the product is developed with quality, scalability, and performance in mind.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to guide product development, continuously refining features based on user feedback and analytics. Your analytical mindset will ensure that we are always delivering solutions that delight our customers.
• Innovate and Iterate: Keep a pulse on the latest AI trends and technologies, constantly seeking ways to incorporate them into our product offering. You’ll champion experimentation, testing, and iteration, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of AI advancements.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI products. A strong background in both technical development and product management is key.
• AI Expertise: A deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, their application in real-world solutions, and the ability to communicate these concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong Technical Acumen: A solid technical foundation, preferably in computer science or related fields, with the ability to effectively engage with engineers and data scientists to solve complex problems.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior team members, and make data-informed decisions under pressure.
• User-Centric: A passion for creating products that solve meaningful problems for users. You are always thinking about how AI can improve the user experience.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
