About You

You are a visionary leader with a strong technical foundation and a deep commitment to ethical AI. You thrive in an environment where science meets impact and are unafraid to tackle the complexities of responsible AI head-on.

• Experience:

  • PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in applied AI research, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in publishing high-impact research in areas like bias detection, interpretability, or fairness in AI.

• Skills:

  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong coding skills in Python, R, or similar.
