Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve production issues related to Oracle OTC processes, including AR Receipts, AR Invoices, OM, Shipping, and Pricing.
• Inventory Management: Maintain a comprehensive inventory of change and enhancement requests, ensuring all requests are accurately documented and tracked.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
• Process Improvement: Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the OTC processes.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation for functional specifications, process flows, and user guides related to Oracle applications.
• User Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle functionality and best practices.
