System Administrator

Job Description: • Excellent Hands-on experience on Citrix,Windows & VMWare.

• Experience in managing & troubleshooting Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops platform

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell and Office 365.

• Configuration of servers, operating systems administration, hardening, load balancers

• including but not limited to management of users, processes, resource contention, preventive.

• maintenance and management of updates & patches to ensure that the system is properly updated.

• Re-installation in the event of system crash/failures

• Periodic health check of the systems, troubleshooting problems, analyzing and implementing.

• Implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for maintenance of the

• infrastructure

• Management of the usernames, roles and passwords of all the relevant subsystems, including, but

• not limited to servers, applications, devices, etc.

• Implementing security on the Internet and Intranet

• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery

• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate.

• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and

• related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.

• Configure and Maintain Server scaling and High Availability & Disaster Recovery

• Web / Mobile Application release management activities on staging and production server

• Managing and deploying Azure solutions

• Troubleshooting and resolving Azure services-related issues

• Configuring Azure services to meet the needs of the organization.

• Designing and managing swap space in the cloud environment

• Maintaining azure profiles and subscriptions

• Setting up private and public cloud environments

• Balancing and deploying workloads

• Implementing and managing cost-effective cloud systems
