Position: Infrastructure Solutions Architect 5
Justification: This role is essential for providing Infrastructure Architecture support to the DHHS and DHHS AS Teams, ensuring the maintenance of mission-critical applications for public health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and integrate system data models to enhance data sharing and eliminate redundancy.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop project plans.
- Enforce Data Classification policies with data stewards.
- Create and maintain a metadata repository and data flow diagrams.
- Define data standards to ensure integrity and usability.
- Develop an Information Architecture Model aligned with Enterprise Information Management.
- Manage configuration management standards and processes.
- Document application controls for security compliance.
- Facilitate application consolidation and migration efforts.
- Lead the implementation of IT solutions and track requirements.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of Network Administration experience.
- 5+ years of RHEL and Windows Server experience.
- 3+ years of SQL experience.
- Proficiency in documentation and architectural tools (Visio, LucidChart).
- Experience with IIS, Apache, and WAF administration.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with application servers (WebLogic, WebSphere).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools.
