Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation and integration of SAP SD and SAP BRIM with Revenue Accounting and Reporting modules across multiple projects.
Configure and customize SAP SD-RAR and BRIM-RAR solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with company policies and global standards.
Design and optimize revenue recognition processes in compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 standards using the RAR module.
Leverage BRIM to enhance billing processes, including contract management, subscription billing, and invoicing.
Develop and execute OCM strategies to ensure successful adoption of new systems, tools, and processes. Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, and communication planning.
Conduct end-to-end testing (unit, integration, user acceptance) of the implemented solutions. Ensure proper system functioning and data integrity.
Develop user training materials, and provide hands-on training to key stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and workflows.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, IT) and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
Identify areas of process improvement, providing recommendations to optimize business processes and enhance system performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 9+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD-RAR and BRIM-RAR implementation and configuration.
Proven experience with revenue recognition processes (IFRS 15 / ASC 606).
Previous experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and stakeholder management is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of SAP SD, SAP BRIM (Hybris Billing), and SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong knowledge of billing processes, revenue recognition, contracts, and subscriptions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Certifications:
SAP SD and RAR certifications preferred.
OCM-related certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG) are an added advantage.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field
