- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the private banking platform, aligning with the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Lead the design and creation of specialized private banking products and services tailored to high-net-worth clients, including wealth management solutions, credit facilities, deposit offerings, and bespoke financial planning services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including wealth management, risk management, technology, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of private banking offerings
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and external partners, to drive business growth and client satisfaction

- Develop a comprehensive compensation package for our private bankers, aligning the desired results with our compensation structure
