Requirements
Education,Training, and Certifications: bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.Equivalent years of relevant experience will be considered.
Experience:
• Oracle HCMCloud applications experience with emphasis on implementing andsupporting Global HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, TalentManagement, and ORC modules.
o Senior Specialist must have minimum of five (5) to nine (9) years.
o Lead Specialist must have ten (10) or more years.
• Additional experience sought:
o Experience with Oracle OTL (Time & Labor) experience a plus
o Minimum five (5) years’ experience with application configuration, testing,user training and working with customers providing production support services.
o Primary Duties
o Configuring and supporting the current Oracle HCM Modules

o Oracle HCM Cloud - How many years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud applicationconfigurations by module (want at least 5)

o supporting Global HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management, TalentManagement, and ORC modules

o o Experience with Oracle OTL (Time & Labor) experience a plus
o At least 2 full life-cycle experience with all aspects of application setup,testing, user training, and production support
o Ability to multitask among changing priorities.
o Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
