Have a bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management)
Have experience managing projects and being involved in manufacturing/industrial work responsibilities
Be able to lead people and have time management skills while ensuring completion of projects
Responsibilities
Providing direct or indirect leadership for overall project operations, including leadership for operations, sharing resources to execute customer projects, and/or project monitoring activities
Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes and suggesting improvements
Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis
Contributing to the project as a team member while being able to maintain and accomplish work goals in a 1â??3-month timeframe
