Lead the planning, execution, and closure of the Workday migration project, ensuring all deliverables are met within the stipulated timeline and budget
Oversee and motivate a large and geographically dispersed project team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment to drive project success
Gather and analyze business requirements, providing expert recommendations on Workday configurations and best practices
Apply project management best practices to plan, track, and report on work and to bring execution discipline to all workstreams
Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, data privacy, and security policies throughout the migration process
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting project progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies
Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient and comfortable with the new Workday instance
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications
10+ years of IT Project Management experience
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in IT, Business, Human Resources or a related field
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM
Proven track record leading multiple start-to-finish Workday implementations or migrations
Experience in change management and developing employee training
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
