• Skillset:
• PM with strong functional knowledge of Validation and QA for pharmaceutical or biotech
• Able to effectively communicate to business partners across all levels all the way up to leadership (not technical speak)
• Able to work in a chaotic, high-pressure environment
• Knows project management framework (PMP or other project management certification)

Job Description:

• Lead, guide, and steer the business partners who know Oracle well but are not SAP experts
• Set up an effective project management framework to ensure weâ??re tracking to our deliverables
• Identify and provide solutions for mitigating risks and issues
• Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, follow up on action items
• Log and manage Change Requests to completion
• Create and update status dashboards
