Qualifications

  • In lieu of bachelors degree plus 5 years experience, masters degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering plus 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment including leading cross-functional projects and ISO, TS16949, and/or IATF quality systems

Responsibilities

  • You will work in a team-oriented environment and will have exposure to many different processes and tasks
  • Responsible for leading teams on New Product Introduction, Operations, and Technology projects, including developing new products and setting up manufacturing lines globally
  • Define project objectives, project scope, roles, responsibilities
  • Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation
  • Outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget
  • Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and activities; manage delivery of the project according to plan
  • Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and stakeholders
  • Manage and adjust for changes in project scope, schedule, or budget
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Manage relationships and communication with team and stakeholders
