Regulatory Manager

Job description

This role will also be responsible for working in cross-functional teams, providing regulatory expertise and leadership to the business and applicable market segment teams.

Independently defining regulatory strategies, managing federal registration applications for new products, and defending existing active ingredients and products as assigned to the Regulatory Manager.

You can expect to provide support to global colleagues on assigned activities on an as-needed basis.

  • Be part of building a better Team Manage all EPA regulatory activities for assigned active ingredients, products and business segments, including new products and amendments to existing products.
  • Defend existing active ingredients and products through EPA registration review and Endangered Species assessments.
  • Support Portfolio Solutions team by evaluating new product concepts and providing expert regulatory strategy for development and commercialization projects.
  • Proactively identify potential regulatory issues on products or industry topics under assigned areas of responsibility and independently take lead on internal communication and strategy development.
  • We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in regulatory affairs and compliance, specifically in the Agrochemical sector (e.g. Contract Research Organization, Regulatory Consultancy, AgChem Industry).
  • The right candidate will have good knowledge of EPA and FIFRA authorization processes and requirements, experience in building product registration packages, strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects along with a Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in life sciences, agriculture or chemistry.
